Large corporations' working capital will no longer sit idle during banks' non-working hours. On October 26, at the Swell 2026 conference, fintech company Ripple Treasury presented a platform for round-the-clock treasury management.

The solution, developed under the leadership of Renaat Ver Eecke, Senior Vice President of Ripple Treasury, has already been implemented by such players as American Airlines, Subway and Christian Louboutin.

The main vulnerability of traditional treasury is the operational pauses of the banking system. Ripple eliminates this factor with the help of the specialized neural network GSmart.

The system automates the forecasting of cash positions, the reconciliation of transactions and the distribution of payment flows, directly linking analytics with execution.

How to make dollars work while banks are closed

Commenting on the launch, Renaat Ver Eecke noted that modern "business operates 24/7," so financial teams critically need tools capable of moving capital continuously "without adding complexity or sacrificing control."

According to him, in conditions where artificial intelligence is accelerating operational activity, traditional money management systems must "keep pace" with the overall rhythm of the market.

The key element of the platform is the "24/7 Returns" tool. Instead of freezing free funds over weekends and holidays, the system automatically transfers operating cash into digital wallets with conversion into Ripple's dollar stablecoin, Ripple USD (RLUSD). This allows companies to continuously generate interest income, while the platform completely hides the complexity of blockchain transactions from treasurers.

The product's release coincided with a severe shortage of flexible tools on the market. According to the AFP Liquidity Survey, 46% of corporations increased their cash reserves over the past year, and 86% of specialists stated a need for real-time liquidity tools.

The advantage of Ripple's approach lies in unification: instead of integrating software from several vendors, businesses get AI, payment rails and a stable digital asset within a single infrastructure.

Scaling this enterprise-grade payment vertical directly increases the utility load on the XRP Ledger network, strengthening the fundamental position of Ripple's entire technological ecosystem.
