Dataline, a decentralized data network project for artificial intelligence agents, has raised $10.6 million in seed funding.
The Block reported on October 21 that the round was co-led by Lattice and Dispersion Capital.
Other participants included Symbolic Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Anagram, and Robinhood co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Vlad Tenev.
The financing was structured as a SAFE, or Simple Agreement for Future Equity, under which investors will receive tokens equivalent to their investment at a later date.
Dataline plans to launch its native token later this year. It then plans to conduct an initial coin offering using Uniswap's CCA system.
