Major crypto exchange Binance continues to expand its derivatives offerings despite cooling cryptocurrency market interest, listing 227 new futures pairs so far in 2026, according to market analyst Maartunn.
The figure brings Binance close to its 2025 record of 235 new futures pairs, with two months remaining in the year. If the current pace continues, the exchange could match or surpass last year's total before 2026 ends.
However, the more notable development is the changing composition of Binance's listings. According to Maartunn, approximately 70% of the new futures pairs introduced this year are linked to traditional financial assets, including stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), commodities and foreign exchange markets, rather than cryptocurrencies.
In recent listings, Binance announced the addition of four new TradFi perps, allowing users to trade the following contracts on Binance Futures: iShares MSCI Indonesia ETF (EIDO); EQT Corporation (EQT); STMicroelectronics NV (STM); AbbVie Inc. (ABBV).
This increases the list of trading choices offered on Binance Futures and enhances users' trading experience.
Binance reveals new delistings
To protect users and maintain a high-quality trading market, Binance performs periodic reviews of all listed spot trading pairs and may delist selected ones due to multiple factors, such as poor liquidity and trading volume.
Based on its most recent reviews, Binance will remove and cease trading 12 spot trading pairs on October 30, 2026 at 03:00 (UTC): AAVE/BTC, ATOM/BTC, CAKE/BTC, DASH/BTC, ETC/BTC, ICP/BTC, PENDLE/BTC, RENDER/BTC, TAO/BTC, THETA/BTC, XAUT/BTC and XTZ/BTC.
Binance Margin will delist the following margin trading pairs on October 30, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC). The Cross Margin Pairs affected are: RE/USD1, 币安人生/U, KAT/U, BTC/USDS, ETH/USDS, AVNT/U, FET/U, TRUMP/U, APT/U, WLFI/U.
On October 26, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will close users' positions, conduct an automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders on the aforementioned cross margin pairs, after which they will be removed from Binance Margin.
