Bitcoin and XRP are dominating the U.S. crypto spot ETF market, with the latest fund data showing a substantial gap between them and products tracking Solana and most other cryptocurrencies.

Do ETFs follow capitalization?

Bitcoin remains in a league of its own, of course. BTC spot ETFs hold approximately $110.68 billion in net assets, representing 6.54% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization. Cumulative net inflows have reached $57.84 billion, while the latest session added another $118.86 million. Daily trading volume stands at roughly $1.84 billion.

XRP is considerably smaller in absolute terms but stands out among altcoin ETFs. Its five spot ETFs have accumulated approximately $1.70 billion in net assets and $1.80 billion in cumulative inflows. The latest session produced another $3.14 million in inflows, while 30-day inflows reached $112.01 million.

Solana, despite having nine ETFs, currently trails XRP with around $1.93 billion in assets but only $1.59 billion in cumulative net inflows. SOL also recorded a $3.68 million daily outflow, tracking substantially lower against XRP's continued positive flows.

Other altcoin products remain smaller too. Zcash ETFs hold roughly $789 million, while Hyperliquid products have about $507 million. Chainlink stands at $236 million, with BNB at around $102 million.

ETF doesn't help the price

Bitcoin trades around $84,100 after another rejection from the $86,000–$87,000 region. The broader structure remains bullish, but momentum has cooled and $83,000 is emerging as immediate support. Losing it could expose the rising short-term average around $82,000.

XRP has slipped toward $1.47 after failing to sustain its latest move above $1.50. Its first important support sits around $1.45, followed by the much stronger $1.38–$1.40 region.

ETF demand, therefore, has not eliminated short-term volatility. But the capital distribution is increasingly clear: Bitcoin continues to absorb the overwhelming majority of institutional spot-ETF capital, while XRP has established itself as one of the strongest altcoin products, competing with and, in several flow metrics, outperforming Solana.
