Binance will begin restoring withdrawals on Sunday, November 1, after last week’s record hack, with the first phase starting between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC, or 11:30 am to 2:30 pm IST. The exchange said access will return gradually as each asset and network passes security checks, and users should expect some temporary delays. Phase one covers 15 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Binance said balances for ten major digital assets are fully backed. Deposits have stayed open throughout. The exchange said it has already covered about 95% of the amount affected by the exploit and will absorb all losses itself, with none passed on to customers.
